You can safely use your credit card at CAMO.
The account information you enter when purchasing products will be sent directly to Danish Payment Systems (PBS) in an encrypted Form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. No-one else will see or can store your information. When purchasing by credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the product is despatched from CAMO.

All prices are stated in euro, ex. VAT. All stated prices are current prices, and are valid only on the day that the order is placed.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your purchase is complete.
All orders are shipped with UPS.

Freight price for delivery is €10.

Right of cancellation
When you purchase from CAMO, you have 14 days’ right of cancellation. The 14-day right of cancellation period begins on the day on which you receive the item, or the last item in an order if you have ordered several items in a single order which are delivered individually.
In case of cancellation CAMO will reimburse the entire amount, including the shipping costs – however, you must pay your own shipping costs when returning an item.

Before returning an item, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can notify us by e-mail to info@ca-mo.com, or by phone to tel. +45 8648 4700, or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept delivery of the item without giving us clear notification.

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery. The item must be returned in its original, unbroken packaging.

The item should be returned properly packed, preferably enclosing a copy of the invoice. It is a good idea to use a shipping method that makes it possible to trace the product if it is mislaid during the return shipment.

Reimbursement of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, you will be reimbursed the amount you paid to us. In case of an impairment in the value of the item for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you make use of your right of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. These cancellation and return rules apply to all items sold by distance selling to private individuals – they do not apply to items sold to businesses.
We cannot accept packages sent without postal distribution or packages sent cash on delivery.

When you shop at www.ca-mo.com, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the item or other behaviour resulting in damage.
Your complaint must be submitted within a ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you submit a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be regarded as having been submitted within a reasonable time.

Please include a copy of the invoice, and state the nature of the fault or defect. If your complaint is considered to be justified, we will send you a new item free of charge. If the item is sold out, you can choose to have another item sent, or have the purchase price refunded to you.
Remember to include the bank registration number and account number to which we can transfer the amount.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs and we will arrange for collection of the item. Please state a suitable time for the collection. The item must always be returned in appropriate packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment, so that we can refund your shipping costs.

NB! We cannot accept packages sent cash on delivery, etc.
